Facility Reservation Request
Miami First is a busy place! We have many meeting rooms available, but to keep conflicts from occurring, please schedule your event with the church office.
If you would like to use a room at the church for a meeting or event you will need to contact church office.
Please note:
- There are 3 forms, (1) for each of our three buildings so please make sure that you pick up the appropriate form for each building.
- Please notice that all forms must be completed, returned to office, and signed by a pastor before your event is scheduled
- All times must fit the criteria of our church services. For Example. No weddings starting after 2pm on Saturday
- You will be responsible for all areas that are unless otherwise noted on request form
